loveraccoons: Marie Antoinette Ship Hat inspired Tattoo Design I’ve really enjoyed this project, not only because it was for a friend, but also because it was so good to get my teeth into some detail! All elements relate to not only my friends tastes, but also the heritage of Marie Antoinette.  Integrated into her head band is Jasmine, which is said to have been one of Marie’s favourite flowers and wore it in her perfume. I have included plume feathers - my friends favourite type of feather and also the symbol of royalty. I tried to mix together 1920’s head decorations, whilst creating the hair to be like the waves that the ship sits upon.

Artist’s Comments: This took a few days to complete, and I made a few miscalculations in the design, but I managed to get those fixed and I love it!
